Cannot log in using the app as you cannot see what you are typing on the username. Emailed support and all they can tell you is that go buy your tickets on the website. If you have no support why bother putting an App at all?

I'm missing tickets
Used this for a recent free concert at the Bowl. It was easy to use and my ticket code came up immediately.
Doesn't let you send tickets from you're acct. Doesn't know which tickets from your acct. Have entered the gate so one must keep scanning until the proper ticket is found. Doesn't show previous events to remind one of something or someone.
Can't even log in. Keep on getting username/password incorrect. Use web app instead.
I finally uninstalled. the app kept poppi g up for no apparent reason (screen was black). i agree with everyone. the old app was waay better and had more information
horrible experience. do youraelves a favor and wait in line to order the food, at least through that method you get your food faster. waited 35 min after our order was ready for pickup because they prioritize non mobile orders.
I find this version of this app to be completely useless. Past versions allowed you to favorite concerts you were interested in and even add them to your calendar. I don't see any functionality this app offers over the website.
Bought tickets online for July 14 concert and when we went thru the line, opened the app and tried to view the tickets nothing came up, GRRRRR
